Victorien Assi is currently an active member of the New England Translators Association (NETA) and Associate Member of the American Translators Association (ATA). Victorien holds an Associate’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in international studies as well as a Master’s degree in international relations from the City University of New York (CUNY), USA. He was named Partner in Education by the New York
Board of Education. Victorien Assi is an accomplished and certified interpreter and translator who reads, speaks, and writes 6 languages, including, English, French, Spanish and Japanese. He has travelled intensively around the world and has lived in Argentina, Canada, Scotland, DRC, Morocco, Italy, Japan, and Cote
d’Ivoire his native country. Victorien is a published author of a language book titled Methods
and Techniques of Language Learning: the Secret of Breaking Through At Any age and

New York. Prior to engaging in the interpretation and translation industry, Victorien Assi has been Adjunct Professor of Economics at the City University of New York and Adjunct Professor at the Stillman School of Business, then at the School of Diplomacy and
International Relations where he has taught international Accounting and Finance at
Seton Hall University in New Jersey, USA. He was then appointed Associate Boards of
Inquiry Officer at the United Nations. After a period of training in Brindisi, Italy, he
continued to render valuable service as Coordinator in two missions of the UN organization’s overseas operations for more than 10 years. He was later promoted to
Deputy Chief of Boards of inquiry working in both French and English. Victorien, who is
a certified interpreter, is well versed in areas of business, banking/Finance, legal,
medical, and government matters.
Victorien brings a wealth of experience from his previous success in running the
interpretation and translation company/agency. His comprehensive understanding of the translation industry, combined with his leadership capabilities, ensures that CLP is well-equipped to achieve its growth objectives and deliver exceptional value to providers,

He was later admitted to the prestigious teacher's training institution CAFOP ‘(Centre se Formation Pedagogique)’ after which he taught grade level classes in Mbatto region. He then became Assistant Director of the school and was later promoted Director of the school. After working many years as Principal Lazare was admitted to ‘Ecole Normal Superieur (ENS)’ where he earned a graduate degree in Education after which he becomes Counselor in Sustainable Development in Education and Literacy. He currently an Education Advisor with the government Ministry of Education. His many assignments include Alphabetization of the young population and adults who have to be included in the education fabric of society to enable them to become educated members of society by designing strategies and executing plans to help these relatively "late learners" to speak, write and read the French Language. His projects for education and alphabetisation also include learning programs for the deaf and visually impaired to assist them to achieve the goal of educational inclusion and sustainable development for people of ages ranging from childhood to adulthood. Working as government education advisor Lazare's project is also in partnership with the United Nations education program (UNESCO). In his quest for intellectual development and growth lazare has been enrolled at Penfoster International University the university in Pennsylvania, USA where he studied Finance and Management.
